HocoForJustice

I helped establish the communications team for a youth activist coalition called HocoForJustice. I wrote press releases for events, contributed to the mission statement and created content for the group’s social media platforms. I produced the following mini podcast series about the history and cultural significance of Juneteenth.

I spent two weeks in Oaxaca, Mexico photographing locals and capturing the culture of indigenous Oaxacan communities. My portfolio explores the relationship between culture, religion and family values.
